This website will be the Improvement District's main method for communication. The only mailings to residents will be the notice of the annual meeting and the updated phone list. All other information, including the annual meeting minutes, will be posted on the website. Please check it regularly for new subdivision information and updates.  

 

Tommy Stypula, Tracy McClurg and Joel Hendrickson currently serve on the Architectural Review Committee and should be contacted whenever you are planning a change/remodel to your property that requires committee approval, as described in the covenants (posted on this website). Thank you!
